Our heater wasn’t working properly and kept shutting down, so I called Circular Air and scheduled a service appointment. Two technicians came out and spent over an hour running multiple diagnostics and making several adjustments. They discovered that the main issue was the gas pressure inlet from the city, which was set above the manufacturer’s recommended level. They reset the gas inlet, ran the unit for over 30 minutes, and confirmed everything was working perfectly.
The total fee for more than two hours of work was only $260.00, which I felt was very fair.
Craig and Tyler were extremely honest, professional, and kind. My grandson kept interrupting them, and they still took the time to be patient and polite with him. Many other companies would have given up and tried to sell me an expensive new furnace, but they didn’t—because they don’t rip people off.
If you need heating or air service, I give Circular Air 10 stars and highly recommend them.

I had called another company to look at my a/c compressor, and they tried to up sell me on several thousand dollars worth of additional equipment. Stating "we can't replace the compressor without replacing all of the recommended additional equipment". Circular came out and not only replaced my compressor, but found out it was still under factory warranty, something the other guys didn't notice at all. These guys not only saved me a boatload, but managed to squeeze me onto their schedule in a very reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend to anyone whose looking for an honest, experienced, and reasonable crew.

I found these guys to be great to work with, especially if you value being able to ask questions while interacting with professionals that are willing to explain in depth and clue you in along the way.

Craig and Tyler are awesome. I called at 6pm and they returned by text at 830pm and set up appt for next day. They showed up on time and are super friendly. They found a minor issue very quick and got the unit going. Then they checked the unit over for other problems and found none. Very reasonable rate. I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying these guys are awesome! Craig and his partners are incredibly in tune and kind to our community as a whole. They are involved and genuinely care about the people that surround them.
Lathan and his partner installed a mini split system for us in my son’s bedroom. They were timely, clean, and very professional. They walked the job prior to starting and gave us the option to purchase the additional items we needed to complete installation. The communication was second to none amongst other contractors I have dealt with in the past.
During the installation process they inspected our central system for flaws as well.
We were home during installation and they were kind and observant of our children not to interfere with their play and did not leave tools laying around for them to get into.
